Recently I bought this skirt, I have been admiring them on the concrete catwalk but wasn’t ready to invest many of my fashion funds in the trend. The same day I was reading a magazine with a style rule that summed up the purchase for me!
‘Cheap, fast, good. You can only have two out of three.’ This rule suggests that when buying clothes, you can only ever have two of those attributes.
- If you make a quick (or fast) purchase that’s cheap, you’ll probably need to compromise on quality (good).
- If you buy a bargain, that’s quality, you’ll probably have to compromise on finding it fast.
- If you’re in a rush & need to buy something quickly but want good quality, then you’ll probably have to compromise on price!
This purchase for me was definitely number 2!
